Jim Crow laws… segregated schools… and even violence. When it comes to race relations in America, the Democratic Party has a very ugly history.

After all, it was Alabama’s Democratic Gov. George Wallace who made the infamous “segregation forever” speech and stood in the doorway at the University of Alabama to prevent integration. And it was Arkansas’ Democratic Gov. Orval Faubus who tried to use the state’s National Guard to preserve school segregation.

And the list goes on… and on… and on.

But the Dems have worked very hard to keep that information from ever reaching today’s voters — and, when it does, they try to blame their shameful history on Republicans.
