A conservative warrior introduced a bill to reverse the Democrats’ efforts to turn America into a far-Left, pro-Muslim, socialist nation—and for added sting, he named it after one of the Democrats’ most popular, up-and-coming stars.
If successful, the bill would help reverse 18 years of Democratic plans.
Barack Obama promised to “fundamentally transform” America through mass immigration. Joe Biden made that promise real, opening the border and importing anywhere from 11 million to an estimated 30 million illegal aliens in just four years. And since most of them were unvetted, we have no idea who is here.
To help find out, Texas Republican Congressman Chip Roy has introduced a bill that would deport anyone who belongs to, is affiliated with, or advocates for Communism, socialism, or radical Islam.
The details are in his newly introduced “Measures Against Marxism’s Dangerous Adherents and Noxious Islamists” (MAMDANI) Act of 2026.
Anyone caught engaging in any form of “advocacy for communism, Chinese communism, socialism, Marxism, or Islamic fundamentalism” would be returned to their country of origin at once.
The same applies to anyone who backs Islamic fundamentalist parties, including the Muslim Brotherhood, the Islamic State (or ISIS), the Al-Nour Party, Hamas, Hezbollah, Boko Haram and Al-Shabaab. The last group reportedly received some of the millions of dollars in fraudulent funds collected by Somali-run daycares and “nonprofits” in Tim Walz’s Minnesota.
Under the bill’s terms, radical socialist or Islamist aliens applying to come to the United States would be denied entrance to our country.
Marxist or pro-terrorist immigrants who came here legally on a government-issued visa would be deported.
Those applying to become citizens would see their citizenship applications torn up and thrown in the trash.
And those who support anti-American ideologies who have become naturalized U.S. citizens would be denaturalized and deported.
Rep. Roy also took a major step to make sure that activist judges couldn’t issue an injunction halting or striking down the law: He legally exempted the law from judicial review—a little-known constitutional workaround that guarantees laws take effect as passed. The bill states, “Notwithstanding any other provision of law, any determination made under this subparagraph shall be final and shall not be subject to review by any court.”
Roy said it’s long past time Americans take back their country from tens of millions of uninvited guests, who suckle the welfare state while seething at the American Way.
“Why do we continue to import people who hate us?” asked Roy. “By targeting the Red-Green Alliance, this legislation deploys new tools to fight back against the Marxist and Islamist advance that has devastated Europe and has now arrived on our doorstep, especially in my home state of Texas.”
Conservatives saw naming the bill after New York City’s democratic socialist mayor, Zohran Mamdani, as the icing on the cake.

Mamdani was born in Uganda and raised in South Africa by his parents: a rich, Oscar-nominated moviemaker mother and his father, a professor of government and anthropology at Columbia University.
Supported by Democratic Party Chairman Ken Martin.
Former President and still-Democratic Party leader Barack Obama literally embraced Mamdani as he joined the mayor in a photo opportunity in an elementary school.
But Roy has described Mamdani as “very clearly an Islamist Marxist”—and the facts back him up.
Mamdani bragged that, as mayor, he planned “not just to raise class consciousness but to win socialism.”
Earlier this month, Mamdani released a city-wide “racial equity plan” that critics, including the Trump Justice Department, say illegally discriminates against white people.
He promoted government-run grocery stores and “free” daycare.
And he has stood with radical Islamic extremism.
As a candidate, Mamdani defended the phrase “globalize the intifada!”
His dad once wrote that suicide bombing should not be “stigmatized as a mark of barbarism.” Last October, future Mayor Mamdani gushed on social media that he “had the pleasure of meeting Imam Siraj Wahhaj,” an unindicted co-conspirator in the 1993 World Trade Center bombing which killed six people. Mamdani described the mad imam as “one of the nation’s foremost Muslim leaders.”
Roy’s fellow Texas conservative, Rep. Brandon Gill, highlighted a sermon the imam gave in 1991, where Wahhaj said, “Wherever you came from, you came to America for one reason only — to establish Allah’s den… You get involved in politics, because politics are a weapon to use in the cause of Islam.”
Mamdani managed to get elected mayor of New York City, the locality with the largest Jewish population, anyway.
Today at Masjid At-Taqwa, I had the pleasure of meeting with Imam Siraj Wahhaj, one of the nation’s foremost Muslim leaders and a pillar of the Bed-Stuy community for nearly half a century. I was also joined by CM @dr_yusefsalaam of Harlem. A beautiful Jummah. pic.twitter.com/4kcN4CGlUk

“Mamdani is the poster child for the modern Democrat Party, hiding behind the veneer of pro-immigration policy to foster a purposeful, planned, and strategic effort to advance an ‘Islamic cultural revolution’ designed to fundamentally alter America’s identity,” said Roy.
Conservatives agree: Enough is enough.
“Is there any particular reason we should embrace the importation of people who will work against everything the United States stands for? Is there any particular reason we should sit still while a literal fifth column establishes itself in the very institutions that made our nation what it is?” asked Ward Clark of RedState.com.
But Roy wants to get to the root of the problem, which goes back well before Mamdani was born.
“Not just for the last six years, but for the last 60 years, our immigration system has been cynically used to disadvantage American workers’ competitiveness in favor of mass-importing the Third World. This has not just led to higher crime and lower wages, but also the promulgation of hostile ideologies fundamentally opposed to American values,” said Roy.
His words are part of a larger Republican realization that the entire immigration system benefits Democrats while hurting the average American citizen.
The Horn told you last month that Republicans had begun tearing up the roots of America’s out-of-control immigration by taking aim at the Hart-Cellar Act, also known as the Immigration and Nationality Act of 1965 (INA), which multiplies and transforms the U.S. population through endless “chain migration.” Rep. Andy Ogles, R-Tenn., introduced the Halt Immigration from Countries with Inadequate Verification Capabilities Act to start the process by banning immigrants from nations tied to terrorism and whose vetting decisions U.S. officials cannot verify.
Roy’s latest bill, which has not yet been assigned a bill number as of this writing, should not be confused with two other Republican-backed bills also called “The MAMDANI Act.” H.R. 5937, introduced by Rep. Buddy Carter of Georgia last November, says that “no Federal funds may be obligated or expended for any purpose to New York, New York,” as long as Zohran Mamdani is mayor. H.R.4692, introduced by “moderate” Republican Mike Lawler of New York last July, commissioned a study on the impact of the public grocery stores Mamdani promised to open in the Big Apple.
As of this writing, Roy’s rendition of the act already has eight co-sponsors, including Ogles.
But the patriotic, all-American principles of the bill have much greater support nationwide. Almost 95 percent of Americans agreed with a Newsmax poll that Congress should pass the MAMDANI Act.
Today’s #TheBigTake Poll: Should Congress pass Rep. Chip Roy’s “MAMDANI Act,” which allows for the deportation, denaturalization, or denial of citizenship to any migrant who advocates for socialism or communism?

In the 1950s, the United States passed a law outlawing the Communist Party as an anti-American, subversive organization.
No one can deny the injuries, dismemberments, and deaths that radical Islam has caused.
Isn’t it time to at least stop importing more of these future, far-Left Democratic donors to our shores?
