No other information is known regarding the arrest of Morris.
This is not the first run-in with the law Morris has had.
Marcus Morris and his brother Los Angeles Lakers power forward Markieff Morris in 2015 were hit with felony aggravated assault charges while in Phoenix.
That incident was connected to an alleged attack that took place against Erik Hood.
The Morris twins are known for playing in enforcer-style roles throughout their NBA careers.
For Marcus, he’s currently placed in free agency, with the Philadelphia 76ers and Cleveland Cavaliers being his latest homes.
While unsigned at the moment, Morris, who has played 13 years in the NBA, has taken part in 832 total games in his career, and is starting to make the transition over to the media making consistent appearances on ESPN programs such as “First Take” and “Get Up.”
