No Kings!? Hillary Clinton’s insane royal Saturday night

While Democratic Party voters spent the weekend at “No Kings” protests around the country, their wealthy party leadership gathered together at an elite, over-the-top party to crown the newest Democratic royalty.

Huma Abedin, longtime aide to Hillary Clinton, married Alex Soros, son of liberal billionaire George Soros, on Saturday night at a lavish wedding that drew the most powerful names in Democratic politics to their private island ceremony.

The 48-year-old former Clinton chief of staff wed the 39-year-old chairman of the Open Society Foundations at a waterfront estate owned by George Soros’s former wife. The 4,358-square-foot mansion requires guests to travel by boat to reach.

Eighty guests attended the evening celebration, including former President Bill Clinton and Hillary Clinton, former Vice President Kamala Harris and her husband Doug Emhoff, Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer, House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries, and former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi. Other notable attendees included Vogue editor Anna Wintour, socialite Nicky Hilton Rothschild, and Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama.

Security for the event included two waiting ambulances and bodyguards, standard protocol when a former president attends. Private jets and fleets of black SUVs transported guests to the private Hamptons location.

The wedding featured a live performance by R&B group Boyz II Men, known for hits like “Motownphilly.” Hillary Clinton, Anna Wintour, and the Albanian Prime Minister gave toasts during the celebration. Abedin’s sister also spoke, thanking the staff and guests.

“I’m looking forward to being a witness to their marriage; to the celebration that we all are going to be part of; to seeing so many longtime friends gathered in one place to really enjoy being part of Huma and Alex’s start of their married life. And I think we all could use some fun, so I’m looking forward to all of it,” Hillary Clinton said before the wedding.

The lavish party for the globalist elites began at 5 p.m. with hors d’oeuvres including smoked salmon, caviar, shrimp, mini crackers, and lamb in a blanket. Dinner started at 6:30 p.m. with a menu featuring branzino, salmon, crab claws, caviar, shrimp, and country-style tomato salad. The wine selection included Chablis, chardonnay, pinot noir, and champagne from a small winery, purchased a year and a half in advance.

Caterer Marie Eiffel, who handled the event, said she initially didn’t understand the scale of the celebration.

“I don’t even know anything because I was the whole night in the kitchen. I didn’t know who anyone even was until one week before. Didn’t even know who was honorees. I’ve done private dinners. But I didn’t know this was a sophisticated wedding event. I said, ‘What? Who?’ They told me and I said, ‘OK,'” Eiffel said.

To celebrate joining the party royalty, Abedin wore two custom wedding dresses. The billionaire scion proposed to Abedin in June of last year, announcing their engagement on Instagram. “This happened…we couldn’t be happier, more grateful, or more in love,” Soros wrote in the post.

Abedin has served as a Clinton loyalist for decades. She served as vice-chair of Hillary Clinton’s 2016 presidential campaign and worked as her chief of staff. She was previously married to disgraced former New York Democratic Rep. Anthony Weiner, but filed for divorce in 2017 after seven years of marriage. Weiner was sentenced to 21 months in prison that same year for sexting with a minor.

Alex Soros chairs the Open Society Foundations, the $25 billion globalist organization founded by his father George Soros, 94. The organization funds left-wing causes and politicians across the country.
