Nancy Pelosi had a very bad night…

Former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi faced booing and harsh heckling during a recent New York book event with CBS News’ Katie Couric, as far-Left protesters interrupted the one-on-one session discussing her new book, “The Art of Power” to criticize U.S. policy on Gaza.

The video highlights the huge rift among Democrats that cost them big in the November election, and saw President-elect Donald Trump and Republicans sweep up huge gains.

While explaining to moderator Katie Couric her “grave disagreement” with President George W. Bush over the Iraq war during the October event, a protester interrupted — and the video just went viral. Again.

“Nancy I’m glad you disagreed with the Iraqi war, but you do not disagree…” before being drowned out by boos. The heckler later shouted “There’s children dying in Gaza.”

“Don’t worry about that, I’m from San Francisco, I’m used to this,” Pelosi responded. ”

Popular social media conservative site CitizenFreePress picked up the video this week. Take a look —

The incident wasn’t isolated. At another recent book tour event at First Parish Church in Cambridge, Massachusetts, protesters chanted “Nancy, Nancy, you can’t hide, we charge you with genocide.”

Pelosi defended President Joe Biden’s policies, citing his support for “humanitarian assistance for the people of Gaza” and commitment to a two-state solution.

“We don’t want any children killed. There has to be a resolution of conflict that is not as savage as war,” Pelosi said at the Massachusetts event, according to The Harvard Crimson.

The disruptions reflect broader Democratic Party tensions over Biden’s wishy-washy Gaza policy that divided the party in November’s presidential election.

In a statement marking the Hamas attack’s anniversary, Pelosi attempted to balance support for both sides: “America stands unwaveringly with the Israeli people and supports the right of Israel to defend herself… At the same time, our hearts break at the intolerable devastation and suffering of innocent civilians and families in Gaza.”

The “Art of Power” book covers Pelosi’s government experience including her two terms as House Speaker (2007-2011, 2019-2023), and was initially planned to exclude Trump’s presidency… but she couldn’t help herself.

“They said, well you can’t have a book and not write about the years with you know, what’s-his-name, and you have to talk about January 6,” Pelosi told Couric.
