A disappointing season that started with national championship aspirations has spiraled into a three game losing streak.

Now the LSU Tigers football team is out of the top 25, and players and coaches are fighting with each other on the sidelines.

Check out what happened.

During LSU’s 27-16 loss to Florida on Saturday, LSU head coach Brian Kelly was seen on the national broadcast yelling at wide receiver Chris Hilton Jr after Hilton mistimed his jump on what could have been a big play.

I am not a professional lip reader….

But…

Sure did look like Brian Kelly told Chris Hilton this on the sideline…

But it didn’t stop there.

Near the end of the third quarter, LSU wide receiver Kyren Lacy also was shown on the broadcast barking at Kelly.

Kelly’s postgame interview did not include any questions about the two incidents, but Kelly was asked about keeping LSU’s players focused with two weeks to go in a season that has quickly gone down hill.

“If you’re not saying, ‘I’m going to work to be better,’ then we don’t have a place for you,” Kelly said after the loss. “If you want to fight and you want to keep working to get better, we’re going to be alongside you. We are in a rough spot that we have to fight through. We got to do it together. … It’s going to point out those who are not fighters.”

“We’re going to put guys on the field that are going to fight and do everything they can do to correct where we are right now and that is struggling with consistent execution,” Kelly said. “I think we’ve seen it enough to know we have to be better at as coaches and players.”

LSU will host Vanderbilt this Saturday.
