In the wake of President Joe Biden’s announcement that he was withdrawing from the 2024 presidential race, a flurry of conspiracy theories have emerged, fueled by social media speculation and cryptic comments from those close to the president.
Billionaire investor Bill Ackman has been at the forefront of these theories, sharing a series of posts on his X (formerly Twitter) account that question the circumstances of Biden’s withdrawal.
Among Ackman’s most provocative claims is the suggestion that Biden might be terminally ill, a theory that gained traction following comments made by the president’s younger brother, Frank Biden.
In a recent interview with CBS News, Frank Biden stated that the family would “enjoy whatever time we have left” with the president, a phrase that has been interpreted by some as hinting at a hidden health crisis.
This speculation has been further intensified by reports that a top Parkinson’s disease specialist made multiple visits to the White House this year, although officials maintain that Biden is in good health.
Conservative reporter Laura Loomer also shared the theory that Biden recently had a medical emergency while onboard Air Force One over the weekend, and had been diagnoised with a terminal disease.

Some observers claim that the president’s signature appears to be photocopied, noting that it differs from previous examples by being underlined.
Ackman has amplified these concerns, sharing past instances of Biden’s signature for comparison.

The president was reportedly isolating with COVID-19 at his vacation home in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware, when the decision was made and the letter composed.
