A recent photo of former President Donald Trump posing with American boxer Ryan Garcia has sparked a heated online debate about Trump’s appearance — and some users are spreading a conspiracy theory that Trump is using a body double.
In the Instagram post shared by Garcia on Sunday evening, the 77-year-old Republican candidate appears to look significantly younger than his actual age.
Critics say far-Left “BlueAnon” (a play on the QAnon conspiracy theory) created a “storm” of conspiracy theories after the picture went viral.
Users questioned whether Trump was on medication, using a body double, or had gotten plastic surgery.

Conspiracy theories ranged from Trump undergoing plastic surgery or using Botox to the more outlandish claims of a body double or wax figure being used in the photo.

Dr. Paul Tulley, a Consultant Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon, admitted to Metro.co.uk that it’s almost certain that Trump has had cosmetic procedures in the past.
He also suggested that Trump might continue to receive aesthetic treatments like Botox and skin treatments to maintain his appearance.
Trump has never publicly confirmed undergoing any cosmetic surgeries, but it’s no secret he often gets a spray tan.
In 1990, Trump’s ex-wife Ivana claimed he had undergone scalp reduction surgery and liposuction on his chin and waist. Additionally, Trump’s daughter Ivanka allegedly told friends that her father once had minor surgery to correct a bald spot.
There have been persistent rumors about Trump getting plastic surgery over the years — which has only ramped up since he took office.
However, the body double conspiracy theories mirror a long-standing internet conspiracy that a body double has occasionally substituted for Trump’s wife, Melania, a claim that the Trump White House had previously dismissed.
“Once again, we find ourselves consumed with a ridiculous non-story when we could be talking about the work the first lady is doing on behalf of children,” Grisham told CNN at the time.
While the extent of Trump’s cosmetic enhancements remain subjects of speculation, the viral “body double” image has certainly sparked a lively debate online.
It further highlights Democrats obsession with the former president and his appearance.
