Conservatorship quietly filed for Joe Biden

Most Americans have become concerned about the advanced age of many political leaders, according to recent polls.

Now, one political party has decided to act.

A petition for conservatorship over 80-year-old President Joe Biden was filed in Washington, D.C., Tuesday by the Libertarian Party, the nation’s third largest political party.

The petition also names Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell, R-Ky.

The Libertarian Party leaders said they’d considered filing for guardianship, but they decided that asking the courts for conservatorship “hits home” because of Biden’s fiscal irresponsibility.

“The subject exhibits obvious signs of mental confusion and cognitive decline in public. He wanders around confused, stumbles over his words, and has incurred over $4.8 trillion in debt since taking office in 2021. The subject has also involved us in an unwinnable war,” the petition for Biden said.

For McConnell, a similar plea to the courts.

“The subject exhibits obvious signs of mental confusion and cognitive decline in public. He had a stroke during an interview and advocates for sending taxpayer money overseas. The subject has also involved us in an unwinnable war. He cannot manage finances,” it read.

Libertarian National Committee Chair Angela McArdle, the head of the party, told Newsweek they’re prepared to argue their case in court that Biden and McConnell are both mentally unfit to lead.

“Is it going to be a fight in the courts? Obviously,” she said. “But we’re committed to filing this thing and we wanted to send a really strong statement that we’re serious about getting someone in the White House who has the mental capacity to run the country because we don’t have that right now.”

McArdle said that Biden and McConnell “have squatted in public office for decades, amassing massive wealth from lobbyists, Super PACs and tax dollars.”

The two politicians “stubbornly refuse to pass the torch” so she is asking the courts to intervene.

“It seems like this is an elephant in the room that no one wants to talk about,” McArdle said about the United States’ aging leadership. “These two gentlemen — and plenty of others like [Sen. Dianne] Feinstein, and [Rep.] Nancy Pelosi is getting up there as well.”

“They don’t seem well enough for anyone to even leave them home alone all day,” she claimed. “It’s crazy to me that they’re still running the country and making major financial decisions.”
