In 2015, then-Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump and then-Fox News star Megyn Kelly began an explosive feud that has lasted years.
Trump first went after Kelly in the aftermath of the initial 2015 Republican primary debate, claiming she asked “unfair” questions and later told CNN that Kelly was so mad that she had “blood coming out of her eyes” and “blood coming out of her whatever.” Trump later clarified that he meant her nose.
Kelly shot back and implied Trump was a “sexual predator” in a 2016 interview with former House Speaker Newt Gingrich.
Seven years later, Kelly announced a bombshell: Their feud was over, and Trump had agreed to sit down with the conservative talk show host for an interview.
Kelly made the “huge, huge” announcement late Thursday, and promised the event would be captivating.
The former president’s interview will air on Kelly’s radio show in full next week.
“It’s going to be great. It’s going to be spicy and it’s going to be tough, but it’s going to be good,” Kelly said. “Hopefully we’re both going to enjoy it.”
“We’ll have a lot of time to get into a variety of topics in person,” she said. “And then we will air it in full on SiriusXM on Thursday, Sep. 14th” at noon Eastern.

Kelly was a longtime star at Fox News and helped to moderate five presidential debates before taking over the third hour of NBC’s “Today.” But her time at NBC was short-lived; Kelly was removed in 2018 amid poor ratings after she alienated conservative viewers.
“The Megyn Kelly Show” launched in 2021 and broadcasts on satellite radio for two hours at noon Eastern.
