America’s Most Wanted star uncovers Gabby Petito bombshell…

On Sept. 11, Gabby Petito went missing, and later her body turned up at a national park in Wyoming. A county official has classified her death as homicide, the FBI reported on Tuesday.

Her fiancé, Brian Laundrie, has vanished from view. Authorities say he is a “person of interest” in the case.

Some Twitter users say they suspect Laundrie is the murderer. So does John Walsh, a public figure known for hosting the TV series America’s Most Wanted.

The 23-year-old Laundrie left his parents’ house on Sept. 14, his parents told the police on Friday. He has not appeared in public since then, and he has refused to speak to the authorities about his fiancée.

Authorities have been searching for him. The FBI obtained a warrant and searched the family’s house on Monday, the Associated Press reported.

That’s where Walsh came in with a bombshell.

“I’m settling up to catch this dirtbag,” he told NewsNation Now.

“This is a homicide. This dirtbag is out there. I don’t know how he got out of the house with the FBI and local cops watching him day and night.”

Walsh no longer hosts America’s Most Wanted. He’s created a new show: In Pursuit With John Walsh.

He vowed to use the show to investigate Laundrie.

“This Wednesday night, I’m going to focus in on Brian,” he told NewsNation. “He’s going to be the top of the show on In Pursuit.”

Walsh also promised to scrutinize Laundrie’s parents. He views them with suspicion, because they waited four days to tell the police about their son’s absence.

“You know what they did? They bought their son four extra days,” Walsh said in an interview with NewsNation. “They bought him four days to get a head start.”

Walsh nicknamed them the “dirty Laundries.”

Even prior to going on NewsNation, Walsh had expressed interest in the case. He became “terrified” after seeing the footage of Petito in the car, he told Anderson Cooper.

“He terrorized her not to tell the cops,” Walsh said. “He was the aggressor.”

However, Walsh remains optimistic about the prospects of solving the case. “It’s the public that will solve this case, and I believe the public will catch this guy,” he said.

Walsh has worked as an activist for public safety since 1981, after the murder of his son. NewsNation’s Ashleigh Banfield reported, “In just three seasons, John has helped capture 26 fugitives and eight missing children — and about 1400 throughout his career.”

At this time, Laundrie has not been charged with any crime.
