“On the Holmes Front,” with Frank Holmes
Joe Biden is about to hear some shattering words: “You’ve been served.”
Specifically, the president will soon be served up a subpoena to testify before Congress about allegations of turning bribery into the Biden family business — a business that brand new documents show has raked in millions more than Americans had ever known.
Rep. James Comer, R-Ky., announced he’s going to force Joe Biden, Hunter Biden, and possibly other family members to explain their unique foreigh business model in front of the House of Representatives.
“This is always gonna end with the Bidens coming in front of the committee,” Comer told Fox Business Channel’s Maria Bartiromo on Thursday morning. “We are going to subpoena the family.”
He explained that the legal action took eight months, because “if I had subpoenaed Joe and Hunter Biden the first day I became chairman of the (House Committee on Oversight and Accountability) committee, it would have been tied up in committee, and the judge would have eventually thrown it out,” he said.
“At that time, the narrative was, ‘Well, they never took any money while he was vice president, he never had any communication with his business associates, and the money never came from China.’”

His committee, Hunter’s laptop, and newly released bank records punched holes in every presidential denial of institutional corruption, critics said.
The House Oversight Committee just released a new report showing that the Biden families take was twice the amount previously known.
The Bidens took in at least $20 million in overseas payoffs from countries including Ukraine, Russia, and Kazakhstan.
That’s right: Russia and Ukraine.
Russian oligarch Yelena Baturina transferred $3.5 million to Rosemont Seneca Thornton, a shell company set up one day earlier to receive these funds. Technically, this “Rosemont Seneca” front belonged to Devon Archer, who took a cool $1 million cut. But the remaining $2.5 million reportedly went to Rosemont Seneca Bohai, which Archer co-owned with none other than Hunter Biden.
At the time of that payment, February 2014, Joe Biden was sitting vice president of the United States. Interestingly, while Obama cracked down on Russian oligarchs, sanctioning them and freezing their financial assets, all the Russian oligarchs who paid off Joe Biden managed to avoid those sanctions.
A few months later, Biden found a bigger payout in Ukraine, where Burisma Holdings’ corporate secretary, Vadym Pozharsky set up an agreement to pay Hunter $1 million a year — or $83,333 a month.
“It pays to be a Biden,” said Rep. Andrew Clyde, R-Ga.
Then in April 2014, an oligarch in Kazakhstan wired “the exact amount of Biden’s sportscar” to Rosemont Seneca Bohai. Kenes Rakishev, a close associate of the nation’s prime minister, met with Hunter in a hotel, then paid him $142,300.
“REAL men accept sports car bribes from Kazakhstan, just like the founding fathers intended,” joked the “U.S. Ministry of Truth.”

With all that evidence, the case the committee has put together since January “would stand up in any court of law in America,” Comer said. “Bank records don’t lie.”
The chairman said he will begin by inviting Joe and Hunter Biden to voluntarily sit for a transcribed interview with House members, but if they refuse, then they’ll be slapped with a subpoena and hauled into the chamber.
“We’re being obstructed at every step of the way,” Comer said.
It’s no wonder, because “what is brewing is one of the biggest political scandals in the history of the country,” said Rep. Nick Langworthy, R-N.Y. The congressman slammed “the media blackout” of the Biden family’s “disgusting” influence-peddling and bribery.
The one reporter who tried to break the blackout got an earful for it on Wednesday. Joe Biden yelled at Fox News reporter Peter Doocy when he asked the president if he wanted to change his story about being involved in his son’s business activities now that the facts are out.
“I knew you’d have a lousy question,” Biden said, before claiming, “I never talked business with anybody…It’s not true.”

Biden is trying to play off the report by saying none of the House Oversight Committee’s records show a payment directly to the president.
But that’s just another entitled, elitist pose, the committee report says. “This is a hollow claim no other American would be afforded if their family members accepted foreign payments or bribes,” it states. “Indeed, the law recognizes payments to family members to corruptly influence others can constitute a bribe.”
There’s no doubt that Hunter Biden has overseas business practices, and his partners have testified the only thing he sold was “the brand” of the Biden family.
They’ve testified that Joe Biden got on speakerphone at least 20 times with Hunter’s business partners. Texts previously released by the committee show Hunter Biden telling a Chinese businessman Joe Biden is sitting right next to him as he demands payment for services rendered.
The walls are closing in, as House Republicans tease a potential impeachment that could take place parallel with the Left’s efforts to indict and convict President Donald Trump of something, anything.
Biden could be about to face the music for decades of personal gain. But first, he’s going to face Comer under oath.
