The deranged killers who committed mass murder in El Paso and Dayton not only put their insanity into practice, but they may have driven liberals into the loony bin, judging by their rhetoric.
Here are the 10 worst reactions to these killings:
- Comparing America to Nazi Germany.
Democratic presidential hope-less Beto O’Rourke blamed President Trump’s rhetoric for contributing to the shooting in his hometown of E Paso.
“The only modern western democracy that I can think of that said anything close to this is the Third Reich, Nazi Germany,” he said Monday on MSNBC’s “Morning Joe.”

Beto—who has fallen to a humiliating zero percent among Democrats in New Hampshire—pointed the finger at Trump for issuing “an invitation to violence.”
- Trump “wants” mass shootings.
You might think Donald Trump hates murder, but MSNBC’s Mika Brzezinski knows better; he loves blood orgies like these.
Since Trump is allegedly “inciting hatred, inciting violence, inciting racism,” she said on Monday, “this is a President who seems to want these things to happen.”
- Trump called for mass “extermination.”
One of the worst lies came from ex-Republican Nicolle Wallace, who worked on John McCain’s presidential campaign.

On her MSNBC show Monday, she said, “You now have a president” who is “talking about exterminating Latinos.” She later gave a wimpy, half-hearted apology that she “misspoke.”

- Everyone who’s ever said “illegal immigrant” is a murderer.
For the Left, words are violence—especially words that tell the truth.
On “Meet the Press” on Sunday, a Princeton professor said anyone who ever called someone in the country illegally an “illegal immigrant” might as well have pulled the trigger.
When “you use a phrase like illegal immigrant…What happens?” Eddie Glaube asked Chuck Todd. “You set the stage for people who are even more on the extreme to act violently.”
- Trump is giving killers ‘subliminal orders’
Is Donald Trump using mind control to cause these shootings? MSNBC contributor Malcolm Nance thinks so.

“Donald Trump is giving them subliminal orders in their head,” he said on MSNBC’s “Hardball” on Tuesday.
- Trump secretly tells neo-Nazis “Heil Hitler”
Trump’s decision to have the flag raised from half-mast on August 8 – 8/8 – is actually a secret neo-Nazi code, according to former FBI agent Frank Figliuzzi.
“The numbers ’88’ are very significant in neo-Nazi and white supremacy movement,” he said Monday on MSNBC. Since the 8th letter is H, “the numbers 88 together stand for ‘Heil Hitler.’”
“I’m not going to imply that he did this deliberately,” Figliuzzi said—but isn’t that exactly what he did?
- Blaming the shooter on Donald Trump’s donors.
Joe Scarborough on MSNBC’s “Morning Joe” ranted that anyone who gives the Republican Party money is a stone-cold killer.
“Those of you who are funding Donald Trump’s re-election campaign, you may want to take note that because you keep writing checks to this President, it’s on you. It really is. It’s all on you because you’re funding this white supremacist campaign,” he said on Monday.

He went on to say that the handful of pro-Trump “CEOs” “business people, “millionaires and billionaires” are “funding this white supremacy.”
- Democrats use the shooting for political “traction”–and cash.
Normal people’s thoughts—and prayers—were with the victims’ families, but not the Democrats.
MSNBC’s Mika Brzezinski said the blood-soaked tragedy is just a “political issue” that “the Democrats could get some traction on” in 2020.
The Democrats think so, too. They’re already fundraising off the killings, sending out a plea for donations from former Congresswoman Gabby Giffords.
Senator Kamala Harris sent a fundraising email about the shooting on Sunday afternoon, and Elizabeth Warren said in her own email that, to stop mass shootings, “we need to take back the Senate in 2020.”
- California’s governor blames toxic masculinity.
California Governor Gavin Newsom thinks the problem is testosterone.
The people who perpetrate mass shootings “overwhelmingly — almost exclusively — are males, boys, men. I do think that is missing in the national conversation,” Newsom said on Monday. “If there was anything more obvious, I don’t know what is.”

Newsom, a Democrat and former mayor of San Francisco, pinned the blame squarely on such toxic masculinity qualities as “power, dominance, aggression, over empathy, care, and collaboration.”
- Using the shooting to erase the Second Amendment.
The worst reaction to the shooting isn’t when politicians say stupid things—they do that so often it’s hardly newsworthy. It’s when Democrats, and some Republicans, back laws that would do away with our constitutional freedoms. The laws they propose wouldn’t have stopped these two shootings, which only ended when a good man with a gun showed up.
Giving up our liberty and trusting the government to protect us is the worst reaction we could ever make.
